Mike Davis - Agent
Native Houstonian Mike Davis has always worked in some facet of residential real estate. Mike began his career at the top, working as a licensed assistant for the number-one Realtor in Houston at the time who sold homes in the River Oaks/West University/Memorial areas. He then moved to North Houston and entered new-construction home sales for Centamark Homes in the Champions area, where his contacts within the builder community opened an opportunity in builder sales for a door manufacturer. Mike was soon selling upwards of 6,000 front doors to local builders every year. After expanding his base to sell interior doors, molding, cabinets, and windows for BMC West, Mike decided to take his broad experience in residential construction and re-enter real estate sales – and it was the best career decision he ever made.
A licensed Realtor for more than 25 years, Mike is motivated, dedicated, always professional, and keeps his business highly organized. “I’m a North Houston specialist who services The Woodlands, Magnolia, Montgomery, Spring, Tomball, and the Lake Conroe area. I also sell properties for investor clients and my name is on signs all around the Houston area.”
Mike’s wide ranging industry experience is a tremendous asset for an ever-growing network of loyal clients. “My clients really appreciate my knowledge of Houston and insider’s understanding of the types of products and quality of materials used in homes,” he says. “It’s especially rewarding that most of my business comes from very satisfied former clients who return to me with their business and refer me to their families and friends.”
Although Mike acknowledges that housing transactions may sometimes be challenging, he loves what he does. “No two days are ever alike – I know everyone says that, but it’s the interesting truth,” he says. “As a Realtor, I wear many different hats, depending on the stage of the transaction, and work with so many different personalities. My strengths are that I do what I say I will do, and I listen to people very carefully. It’s always nice to get to the finish line with a happy client, and bringing the most qualified buyer with the best possible sales price for my sellers, and finding my buyers just the right house, are my greatest pleasures.”
Mike grew up in the Memorial area, graduated from Memorial High School, and attended the University of Houston. He and his wife live with their two sons in The Woodlands where they volunteer regularly for local food banks. When time permits, Mike spends leisure time playing basketball, tennis and golf with his boys.
