Kristin, a native Houstonian, has been passionate about real estate since her earliest years growing up. She always knew that she wanted to chart a path helping others and found her true calling in real estate serving her clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives.

Professional, always positive, friendly, dedicated, and trustworthy; Kristin believes in prompt communication with clients. She is very proactive and anticipates “the next step” so that clients are prepared, and answers clients’ questions honestly, completely, and in detail. Having worked hundreds of transactions; she is the ringleader when it comes to compliance and organization and ensures things run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

While buying or selling a home can be an exhilarating and joyful experience, it may also bring on unexpected stress. Kristin draws upon her knowledge, experience and instincts to help guide her clients through the business complexities and emotional aspects of the home buying and selling process, whether it be negotiating contracts, reviewing inspection reports and negotiating repairs, working with attorneys, or providing strategic staging and design ideas. Throughout the process, Kristin remains a passionate advocate for her clients, ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.

Prior to following her passion and transitioning into residential real estate, Kristin worked as an event planner for several years; an experience she credits with teaching her the importance of excellent customer service, budget awareness, and organization.

Community is important to Kristin and she lends her time and support to a number of local organizations: The Fort Bend Junior Service League where she is a Placement Lead; Child Advocates of Fort Bend where she volunteers her time on their Friends Advisory Council Board and the Katy ISD PTA at the elementary school where her boys attend ; just to name a few.

Kristin graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management with an emphasis in Catering and Event Management; which has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily. She and her husband, a financial professional in the oil and gas industry, have two young sons and they reside in Katy, TX. When not working and volunteering, she enjoys family gatherings, entertaining, refinishing furniture, home design, and traveling.
