My name is Kirbie Watson, your go-to Houston real estate authority. A native Mississippian, I have proudly called Houston home for over a decade. I have always loved all things real estate. Living in Houston only deepened my real estate obsession, and I spent countless days and nights studying and learning the market and visiting local listings. However, my first actual foray into real estate came unexpectedly when a job relocation forced me to become a landlord and property manager for my personal home. I've also gained experience in real estate investing, including flipping a house in the Big Easy, New Orleans, Louisiana. Only then, did I gather the courage to finally dive into becoming a licensed real estate agent. When you work with me, you benefit from my wealth of education and experience. I hold a law degree from Louisiana State University's Paul M. Hebert Law Center, giving you the confidence that I will be meticulous during your transaction and provide a level of attention to detail that is unparalleled. When I'm not surfing the MLS, I enjoy soaking in as much time as possible with my wonderful husband of 11 years, Ernie, my brilliant 3-year-old daughter, Emory Blake, and my curious 1-year-old son, Xavier Cruz, or binge-watching re-runs of The Office.
